Al-Esayi Plaza Hotel

Omar Kassem Alesayi Group plans to develop the Alesayi Plaza hotel on King Abdulaziz Road in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The project consists of G+13 floors with 178-room, 77-unit, studio,1 and 2-bedroom serviced apartments with a total built-up area of 14,105 square meters spread over a land area of 3,100.50 square meters with other associated facilities. The total built area for this project is approximately (37,700m2) distributed between rentable areas, restaurants, café, recreation facilities, MEP functional spaces, and different services as required by the Owner and Operator.
